Field Trips and a Pout Pout Fish Giveaway!
5 Days left! If you read between the lines you should be able to feel my excitement! I am still slacking off with the rules and I like it. This is how they decided to work the other day.

Yesterday, we went on an amazing trip to the Biodome and had the best day. Here’s the thing about Field Trips. We went to visit animals in their pseudo natural habitat and yet my kids are completely out of their natural classroom habitat and they end up acting a bit animal like, if you know what I mean. The animals themselves were actually quite calm, the kids were wild. On the bus ride back, I thought they might actually nap a bit, but nope they were wired. Eventually I realized I couldn’t beat em, so I had to join em.
OK – there were a few nappers.

I love that you let them work from behind the chairs! I am totally a "whatever floats your boat" kind of teacher as long as they get their work done! 🙂 Too cute!

I am a little pout , pout with 10 days to go and my reports still to finish grrrrr. Sounds like a fun trip….we went glow in the dark bowling, it was great! I always say the bus ride is the highlight (for the kids). Why plan a trip ? Rent a bus, drive around for an hour, the kids would be in heaven !
