The Last Days….

There is 1 day of school left – Yippee!! This week, on Monday, to be exact I started using Reagan’s pack The Last Week of School  (I love it!) Tunstall’s Teaching Tidbits. Anyway, the first morning which was the 5 days left of school we completed all the work in record time. The next morning we were beginning 4 days left of school and I was going over the work with my kids and I heard this little voice from my carpet (where we gather) say “I love this work.”  And then another voice chimes in “Me too.” And so it continued like that.  It was soooo nice to hear.  I love this packet for so many reasons, it is fun, it encourages independence and obviously it is the kind of work kids love to do.  
My last day tomorrow, boiling hot in my classroom but it is a Field Day thank goodness.  I will so miss this class, I love them muchly.
